In school holidays you may be charged in advance if you are not a term time user. Fees must be paid by the date on the invoice or late charges apply. We prefer fees to be paid by BACs Account Number 36549460 Sort Code 30-90-89 or childcare vouchers/ tax free saving accounts but if this is not possible cash or cheque at the setting is fine.
Late fees for not collecting on time are charged every 15 minutes at a rate of £7.00. Please see our policies page for more information.
Late fees for not paying on time are charged as a fee of £5.00 every 5 days they remain unpaid. If no payment has been made by the last day of the month the child's place will be removed and the debt passed to Chameleon Debt Recovery who act on our behalf.

Child Care Vouchers
Does your employer provide child care vouchers? We accept all child care vouchers such as Edenred, Midcounties, Sodexo, Busy Bees and Computershare to name a few. Vouchers are issued where a company or employer are registered. They enable parents to have child care fees directly removed from their wages tax free. You control your account so you have full say over how much is deducted from your wages. This saves you money as a percentage of your wages is not taxed. Please ask us if you wish to pay with child care vouchers - many parents do this already. It's one of our most popular means of payment. If your employer does not offer this you can now use the government tax free savings account instead and the link is above in the childcare choices information.
